Tattoo Licence

Thank you so much for considering one of Rachael's designs as a permanent tattoo on your body! This is always a huge honour.

First select the design sheet you would like to take to your local tattoo artist. You may want to use just one of the design from the sheet, or all of them, that's up to you! Once purchased, you will instantly receive a high quality A4 file, ready to print & stencil, as well as a written permission note from Rachael. This means that your tattoo artist can be assured using the design(s) has been authorised. 

The licences we have made available for purchase are for entire sheets only. If you wish to purchase a licence for a singular small design from one of our larger sheets, you may do so at a reduced rate. In this instance please use our contact form to get in touch and we will create an individual licence for you.

Please note that a tattoo licence is granted only for personal use, by the individual who has purchased it. The sole intent of a tattoo licence is for the design or designs purchased to be tattooed on ones body by a singular tattoo artist of your choosing. It is advisable to contact your chosen tattoo artist first to make sure they will agree to do so. It is strictly forbidden to use any of Rachael's designs for any other purposes, including but not limited to; printing, merchandising, stationary, online publishing etc. Any design used without permission is a breach of copyright and will result in legal action. Buying a licence is the best way to respect and support Rachael’s art and we of course welcome the publishing of photographs taken of your tattoo(s), provided a licence was purchased.
