Shipping policy

Order Processing Time: 

We aim to process orders within 24-48 hours, 1-2 business days. Please note this excludes weekends and UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 5pm (GMT) will be processed the following business day. 

Shipping Information:

UK shipping is always free, no matter the value of your order. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. 

International shipping is £1.65 for orders under £15 and free for all orders above £15. Please allow 2-15 working days on average for delivery. Shipping to some destinations such as Europe are likely to take 2-5 business day, whilst other such as Australia and the USA may take up to 15 days or more in certain circumstances.

Returns & Refund: 

Please check our return policy here. We generally accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the products are unused and unopened.
